We are so thrilled to announce our 2nd annual HIIT Huntington's Disease Back in partnership with Glow Yoga! HIIT HD Back is a movement event featuring high-intensity interval training (HIIT), yoga, Pilates, and core exercises. *We will be offering motifications for every move*

HIIT HD Back raises money for the Huntington's Disease Society of America through silent auctions, raffles, merchandise sales, donations, and awareness activities. HIIT HD Back will be held on May 4th, 2024, in Eugene, Oregon. Join us as we raise awareness and necessary funds for Huntington's Disease (and some endorphins, too!).
